Flex Employee of the Month April: Joanna Barbara Markiewicz
Every month we highlight an outstanding person - someone who makes a difference in the workplace with dedication, enthusiasm and positivity. This time Joanna Barbara Markiewicz, working at MSI Eindhoven was the lucky one. And that was a surprise she didn't see coming!
We personally visited her with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a surprise package. Joanna was visibly moved when she heard that she was named Flex Employee of the Month. "A great surprise," she responded with surprise and gratitude.
What immediately stands out about Joanna is her dedication and positive attitude. She works in the department where she is responsible for checking products and preparing pallets for shipment. "What I like most? The variety! Every day is different, I'm always learning something new," she says enthusiastically.
Her MSI team leader Ben is also very enthusiastic:
"At first, Joanna was a little hesitant, but she quickly fell in well with the team. She works accurately, is reliable and really surprised me. For a while I was afraid that the work would be too physically demanding, but she completely proved me wrong. Joanna is a force we can really rely on."

Joanna has been working with us for a long time and is currently doing super well at MSI. She is also janitor at our housing location in Helmond, where she enjoys welcoming new residents and supporting us in many ways. She is an enthusiastic and committed employee, goes to work every day with a smile, and we regularly receive compliments on her efforts. Exactly the qualities we are looking for in a Flex Employee of the Month!
Joanna lives in Helmond and feels completely at home in the Netherlands. She is determined to build a stable life here. With previous work experiences in the meat industry and at PostNL - where she even obtained her truck driving license - she has now completely found her niche at MSI.
