Flex Employee of the Month March: Renata Karczewska
This month we put another special colleague in the spotlight: Renata Karczewska, our Flex Employee of the Month for March! And this title is more than justified, because Renata has been a regular face at Flexspecialisten since 2009 and has been working with us with pleasure for 16 years now. An achievement to be proud of!
Her work at Unilux
Renata works at Unilux as a screen production worker, and she does so with a smile. Literally, because anyone who knows Renata knows that she is always cheerful and on the shop floor with a positive attitude. She makes about 75 to 80 door inserts a day and finds her work light, pleasant and - perhaps most importantly - she enjoys doing it.
"I come to work with pure pleasure, because the atmosphere is just very good. The work is not hard, there is no pressure on me and that makes it nice," Renata tells herself.
Renata is a real stable force on our team. When the high season at Unilux is in full swing, she is always ready to put in extra hours. In all these years, she has never failed to do one and is simply a loyal and highly valued employee.
Cooperation with her contacts Konrad and Bregt is also smooth:
"The contact is very good. I don't often have questions, but when I need something, they always help me."
And not only at Unilux, but also within Flexspecialisten itself, Renata is a familiar face. Did you know that in 2016 and 2018 she was also House Master at Hotel Oss? And in those years she was even voted Employee of the Year!
Looking ahead ...
Renata is happy with how everything is going now. She lives in a nice private home, feels at home in the Netherlands and enjoys working at Flexspecialisten.
"My plan for the future is to keep my current situation. I'm very happy now and I don't really need anything else."
