To expand our Account teams, we are looking for a Flex Support employee. Are you the first point of contact for our Flex employees? Do you provide good accommodation, smooth transport and satisfied employees? Then we are looking for you!
This is what you will do
As a Flex Support employee at Flexspecialisten, you are the connecting link between our organization and our Flex employees. You are responsible for everything surrounding their stay and work, from housing and transportation to welfare and supervision. You carry out house and car inspections, coordinate removals, supervise janitors and drivers, and regularly visit our Flex workers at work and living locations.
You are also there for the personal guidance of Flex employees: you answer questions, have conversations, identify problems and think about appropriate solutions. Your efforts will make them feel welcome and supported. Together with your colleagues and the Account Manager you will ensure that everything runs smoothly - in the interests of both the Flexworker and our client.
Work Environment
You will work from your region, mostly on location with our Flex employees or clients. No two days are the same! You will be working in a dynamic environment where you get a lot of responsibility. You will interact frequently with colleagues from Planning, Account Management and with drivers and janitors.
This is you
We are looking for a colleague with:
- Experience in the staffing, logistics and/or food industry is a plus;
- Good command of the English language. Do you also speak Polish or Romanian? Then you have an edge;
- Strong communication skills, service orientation and persuasiveness;
- Solution-oriented attitude, mindful of the Flex employee's well-being;
- Driver's license B.
- You are independent, flexible and know how to keep an overview, even when it is busy. You have a practical attitude and dare to take responsibility.
