• Contact information, NAW data (name, address and place of residence), age, birth data, gender, ID data: nationality, BSN number, work permit
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) with information on education, internships and work experience. Details of Education and training.
• Data on availability and references.

If employment is entered into, additional information will be requested for payroll and absence records.
You are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information.

Rights
You have the right to be informed what is done with your personal data and why it is important that we receive it from you. You have the right to access and rectify your personal data. At your request, we will delete your data as long as there is no legal obligation to keep it. Furthermore, you have the right to restriction of processing. If you wish, we will transfer your data in a common, structured form (data portability). You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. When providing the data you consent that we may use this data for the appointing purposes you have the right to withdraw this consent.

Andere Partijen
Naast Flexspecialisten holding N.V. verstrekken wij uw gegevens ook aan derde partijen indien hier noodzaak voor is. Te denken valt bijvoorbeeld aan de verwerking van (loon)administratie of opdrachtgevers die banen aanbieden waarin u geïnteresseerd kunt zijn. Deze partijen dienen zich te houden aan de verplichtingen welke contractuele zijn vastgelegd en andere geheimhoudingsverplichtingen. De verstrekking van de persoonsgegevens gebeurt alleen op basis van een gerechtvaardigd belang, wettelijke verplichting en/of ter uitvoering van de overeenkomst.

Retention time
If you register with us, we will keep your personal data for 2 years. After 2 years, we will ask your written permission to renew for another 1 year.

When you register, you also provide your identity information. If no consent has been given by you to keep your data longer, and there is no employment, we will keep your identity data for a maximum of 1 year.

We know from experience that the first deployment is often not the last. We want to provide optimal service and process matters efficiently (no duplication of effort).

If you are/have been employed by us, we must comply with the legal obligations in this regard. We will retain your personal data for two years after termination of employment. Certain personal data have a longer retention period, such as data that we must provide in the event of tax obligations.
