At Flexspecialisten , people Flexspecialisten first. We’ve created the online Flexspecialisten program specifically for our flex workers. For every hour our flex workers work, they earn points. They can use these free points for personal development or for relaxation (health & entertainment). The program is a success, as we receive more than 1,000 orders every year!
Flex Worker of the Month
Every month, we recognize a flex employee. This employee stands out to us because they often go the extra mile or have achieved something special. We then surprise the employee at their workstation and present them with an official “Flex Employee of the Month” certificate. In addition to this official title, the employee also receives a bonus of 500 points that they can spend in the online store.
