What will you do?
As an order picker butcher, you will ensure that all orders are ready on time for our customers.
- You accurately and carefully assemble packaged meat products based on customer orders.
- You ensure that the products are neatly and conveniently ready for transport.
- You will help restock shelves in the store.
- You will work in a dynamic environment where quality and pace go hand in hand.
- You coordinate with colleagues and jump in where needed.
Working hours & allowances
The position is for 32 to 38 hours per week. The work week consists of:
- 3 evening shifts from 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.
- 1 Saturday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Prefer no Saturdays? Then you can also work 4 or 5 evenings. Supplements apply for evening shifts and on Sunday evenings you will earn 170%.

We offer
- Good salary between €2,410 and €2,700 gross per month (depending on experience and suitability).
- Cold allowance of €2.10 per day worked.
- 8% vacation pay on top of your salary.
- Up to 50% extra pay for evening shifts.
- Full-time position of 32 - 38 hours per week.
- Travel allowance: €0.21 per km (from 10 km one way).

About Van der Zee
Van der Zee is the Horeca Butchery located in the HANOS stores and processes the best meat daily for customers in the hospitality industry. The head office and one of the production companies are located in Emmen. There is also a production company and a catering distribution center in Twello. From Twello the butchers in the HANOS stores are supported in production.
