Marketing & Communications Department
The Marketing & Communications Department plays a central role in strengthening our brand position and achieving our strategic objectives. This department is responsible for increasing brand awareness and consistently communicating our brand identity, both to external audiences and within the organization.
Externally, Marketing & Communications focuses on developing creative campaigns, managing our online and offline channels, and optimizing the customer experience through targeted communications and branding. Internally, the department ensures clear and consistent information delivery, encourages engagement and contributes to a strong organizational culture.
The department also organizes various events - from relationship management activities and customer days to internal meetings - with the goal of strengthening the connection with our partners, customers and employees.
In short: Marketing & Communications is the connecting link between brand, people and market.
What can you learn with us?
During your internship, you will get a look at the full breadth of the marketing and communications profession. Topics that may be covered include:
- Marketing strategies & campaigns - from plan to execution.
- Employer Branding - building a strong employer brand.
- SWOT & market positioning - understanding our place in the market.
- Content creation - social media, newsletters and web copy.
- Event organization - coordinate internal and external events.
- Internal communications - connecting and informing colleagues.
Who are we looking for?
Are you studying Marketing and Communication (or is marketing part of it)? Then you have come to the right place for an instructive and fun internship.
We have a lot of experience supervising students of different courses and levels. Together, we ensure an internship that fits your learning goals as well as our team. Whether you participate in projects or work on your own assignment, we provide good guidance and room to grow.

What can you expect from us?
You will have a challenging internship in which you really participate in the team and are well supported by experienced colleagues. We offer an internship fee of €450 per month, regardless of your educational level, direction or internship duration.
You will join a small, enthusiastic marketing team with an Online Marketer, Content Creator and Marketing Manager. Together we work in a dynamic environment where your ideas, creativity and energy are more than welcome.
