Let us introduce you to our new interns

At Flexspecialisten , we believe it’s important to give young talent the opportunity to learn, gain experience, and discover their interests and strengths. In the coming period, we’ll once again be welcoming a number of new interns to various departments within our organization.

From sales and marketing to the administrative office: each of them gets the chance to gain hands-on experience and further their professional development. Time to meet Jippe, Peet, Alisa, and Aminata!

Jippe – Fresh

Jippe Ketelaars (17) is from Uden and is in his second year of the Junior Account Manager program at Koning Willem 1 College in Den Bosch. He will be doing an internship in the Fresh Produce department at Flexspecialisten in the coming period.

Jippe chose this program because he enjoys interacting with people and wants to further develop his communication skills. He is particularly interested in building relationships with companies and employees. During his internship, he therefore hopes to gain as much hands-on experience as possible and gain a better understanding of the various tasks involved in sales.

The first few weeks are now behind him, and Jippe has already gotten a taste of various aspects of the profession. For example, he went on a company visit to a slaughterhouse, where he was able to see firsthand how such a visit works in practice.

In addition to his studies and internship, Jippe can often be found at the gym. He also enjoys hanging out with friends and is always up for a festival or party.

Peet – Sales

Peet van Pinxteren (17) is from Loosbroek and, like Jippe, is enrolled in the Junior Account Manager program at Koning Willem I College in Den Bosch. He is in his second year and will be doing an internship in our Sales department in the coming period.

Connecting with people and getting to know new companies are key reasons why Peet chose his program. He finds it interesting to discover what a customer’s needs are and how to respond to them from a business perspective.

During his internship, Peet is especially interested in learning how sales and customer interaction work in practice. From making initial contact and identifying business opportunities to ultimately building a strong working relationship, he hopes to explore as many aspects of the field as possible in the coming months.

In his free time, Peet enjoys playing sports and hanging out with friends. And as soon as the weather permits, there’s a good chance you’ll run into him at an outdoor café.

Alisa – Marketing

Alisa Markina (18) is doing an internship in the marketing department at Flexspecialisten. She is originally from Ukraine and has been living in the Netherlands for four years now. Alisa is studying to become a Marketing & Communication Specialist at ROC Nijmegen.

Her interest in creativity and working with a diverse group of people led her to this program. She is particularly drawn to social media, content creation, and online marketing. During her internship at Flexspecialisten , she hopes to gain more experience in marketing while discovering which types of work suit her best.

Alisa also enjoys staying active outside of her internship. She works out, enjoys spending time with friends and family, and loves to travel and discover new places.

In the coming period, she hopes above all to gain a lot of new experiences, continue to develop herself, and, of course, get to know her new colleagues better.

Aminata – Secretariat

Aminata Sesay (22) is from ’s-Hertogenbosch and is studying to become an Office & Management Support Specialist at Koning Willem I College. She previously completed the All-Around Assistant Business Services program there. At Flexspecialisten , she is doing an internship in the administrative office and gaining practical experience as a receptionist.

It’s a role that suits her well, because Aminata enjoys interacting with people and helping others. At the same time, she has a keen interest in administrative work and wants to continue developing her skills in this area.

During her internship, she has the opportunity to combine both of her interests. Working in the secretariat, she is introduced to a variety of tasks and gains practical experience that ties in with her studies.
