This month, we’re spotlightingBartosz Wiśniewskiasour Flex Employee of the Month! 

Bartosz Wiśniewski has been working at Flexspecialisten since November 2024. In December 2025, he started working at Bleckmann Amsterdam. He is currently employed at HEMA as an order picker. In addition, he has been serving as a building manager in Maarssen for seven months.

Responsibility and interacting with people

Bartosz has a lot of responsibilities in Maarssen. He conducts home inspections, stays in touch with residents, and is in charge of welcoming and training new employees.

What makes his work special is the interaction with people. That’s what motivates him to keep going every day. He knows that every day he can help someone solve a problem.

At HEMA, he sees his role as an order picker as a new challenge. He strives to do his job as well as possible, which is reflected in the results and in customer satisfaction.

Collaboration and Development

Six months ago, Adam offered him the position of building manager and suggested he start at HEMA after finishing his work at Bleckmann. At first, Bartosz wasn’t sure what to expect, but he’s now very pleased with his progress.

Bartosz is in daily contact with Adam, who supports him in his role as building manager. They can always count on each other and work together to make sure everything stays under control.

Working with Adam and Account Manager Noa is giving him a wealth of new experiences, which are contributing to his continued growth at Flexspecialisten.

Future in the Netherlands

After moving to the Netherlands, Bartosz was particularly surprised by how open the people he works and lives with are. The only challenge he faces is the rainy weather and the constant wind.

At the moment, he has no plans to return to Poland. His goal is to continue developing his career in the Netherlands and within Flexspecialisten. He wants to keep working here and save up for his goals. Perhaps in the future he’ll have the opportunity to take on a more significant role within the company.

Why Bartosz is Flex Employee of the Month

If anyone deserves the title of “Flex Employee of the Month,” it’s him. Both at Bleckmann Amsterdam now at HEMA, customers are very satisfied with his performance. He also does an excellent job in his role as Housemaster in Maarssen.
