Manuela Drozdz has been named Flex Employee of the Month for December 2025. She has been working through Flexspecialisten since May 2024. She started at the Packing Station, where she sorted fruit. She now works as an order picker at Van Loon Best . During that time, she has developed into a highly reliable flex employee. She is a calm and steady worker, someone with a strong sense of responsibility who is always friendly. 

A stable force 

Manuela has been named Flex Employee of the Month thanks to her strong commitment and her willingness to always step in when needed. She regularly takes on additional tasks, such as assisting with transportation, and does so with a proactive attitude that is highly valued within the team. Her supervisors describe her as reliable, friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. In a dynamic logistics environment, these are exactly the qualities that can make all the difference. 

A peek into Manuela’s workday

Whether her workday starts at 10:00 a.m. or 2:30 p.m., Manuela always begins her shift the same way. She puts on her work clothes, grabs her scanner, and heads to the warehouse, where she selects her order and gets to work. As she walks through the aisles of the warehouse, she looks for the right products, checks the codes, and scans everything carefully. Once the order is complete, she hands the cart over to the next department. They then check to make sure everything has been picked correctly. At the end of her shift, she returns the equipment and heads home with a sense of satisfaction. 

Her job requires precision and organizational skills, but that’s exactly what makes it so enjoyable for her. She sees immediate results from her work, and that motivates her every single day, she says.  

What Manuela values in her work

Manuela feels comfortable at work and particularly appreciates the friendly atmosphere. She enjoys working with her colleagues. She also speaks highly of her team leader, who, she says, is always ready to answer questions and offers support in a pleasant, approachable manner. 

She Flexspecialisten her collaboration with Flexspecialisten to be clear, transparent, and well-organized. Issues are addressed and resolved quickly, which makes her feel that she is being heard and taken seriously.

At home in the Netherlands

Manuela currently lives in Schaijk. She describes her living space as clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. She feels at home in the Netherlands. Her love for the country began back in 2015, when she first came here to work. The mindset, friendliness, and politeness of the people immediately appealed to her. She feels accepted here and has never been discriminated against because of her background. 

When she had to decide again in 2024 where she wanted to work, she didn’t hesitate: it had to be the Netherlands.

Ambitious plans for the future

Manuela looks to the future with an open mind. She wants to learn Dutch, delve deeper into the local culture, and continue working on her personal development. In addition, she wants to keep pushing her boundaries and taking new steps to improve herself. Manuela works under a Phase C contract, which provides her with stability and room to continue growing within the organization. This type of contract offers her additional benefits and opportunities that align with her future plans and ambitions. With her perseverance and attitude, we have no doubt that she will achieve these goals.
