In this versatile role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our temporary employees, the client, and your colleagues at Flexspecialisten. With your proficiency in Polish or Romanian, complemented by English, you’re able to effectively guide employees and build strong relationships. What are you going to do?
You ensure that the right temporary employees are in the right place at the right time. You understand the needs of our client, Jumbo, and you know your pool of temporary employees. You bring these two together. Every day, you work closely with your colleagues at Flex Support and the regional account manager.
Your Responsibilities
- You will create the daily and weekly schedules based on requests from Jumbo, enter them into Plan4Flex, and coordinate with the Planning department to ensure that transportation and housing are aligned.
- You’ll discuss the flex pool, the forecast, and the schedule with Jumbo, document agreements, and proactively address any needs that arise.
- You'll conduct intake interviews with new candidates, give them a tour of the workplace, and stay in touch with temporary employees using FlexTrack.
- You are the first point of contact for temporary employees, for example, for questions about pay or vacation.
- You solve problems quickly and creatively—such as a no-show—and keep the records up to date: weekly reports, staff scheduling, sick leave notifications, hire and termination documents, and issued work uniforms and badges.
Where will you be working?
Your office is located within the Jumbo distribution center at Veghel. There, you’ll be close to the shop floor, the temporary staff, and the Jumbo team, with short lines of communication to everyone. Flexspecialisten and Jumbo have been working together for over ten years, with regular daily check-ins and clear agreements. This allows you to build a stable relationship with both the client and the temporary staff.
What are we looking for?
- You have a high school diploma, preferably in a business-related field or HRM.
- You have at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in the temporary staffing industry.
- You speak Polish or Romanian well, as well as English. Do you also speak Dutch? That would be a plus.
- You enjoy working independently and aren't afraid to make decisions.
- You'll easily build a good working relationship with the client.
- You're flexible and keep a cool head when plans change at the last minute.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills, including in writing.
- You must be available for at least 32 hours per week.
