Are you an experienced team leader who enjoys combining leadership with hands-on work on the shop floor? We are looking for a full-time Production Team Leader for Unilux in Boxtel . This is a position of responsibility during the day shift.

What are you going to do?
As a Production Team Leader, you’ll manage a team of at least 5 employees on a daily basis. You’ll assign tasks, monitor staffing levels, and support employees as needed. If a malfunction, quality issue, or other problem arises, you’ll ensure a quick resolution. You’ll actively participate in the work yourself and serve as the point of contact for employees in your department.
- Managing, guiding, and motivating a production team on a daily basis
- Planning and Assigning Tasks
- Monitoring Quality, Safety, and Productivity
- Identifying and resolving problems in the production process
- Contributing ideas for improvements in production
- Report on your department's results to the Production Manager
- Join the Emergency Response Team
Where will you be working?
You will work in the production department at Unilux in Boxtel, in an international production environment. You will report to the Production Manager and collaborate with other team leaders and departments.
Working Hours
- You'll work Monday through Friday on the day shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- You work 40 hours a week
- Very occasionally, there is overtime on Saturdays; this is not a regular occurrence
What are we looking for?
- You have the work and thinking skills equivalent to MBO Level 4
- You have experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- You have at least 1 year of recent experience as a hands-on manager in a manufacturing environment
- You're confident, keep a clear overview, and guide your employees in a pleasant manner
- You're good at organizing and setting priorities
- You are decisive and solution-oriented
- You have a basic understanding of administrative systems
- You enjoy working in an international production environment
- You live in the area around Boxtel
- You speak Dutch and English well

- A salary between €3,000 and €3,600 gross per month, depending on your experience

- Travel expense reimbursement of €0.25 per kilometer for trips of 10 kilometers or more one way
