We have grown rapidly in recent years. To ensure the continued development of our company, we hired a Process Management Manager last November. Alex is the Manager of the Planning and Internal Account Management departments. He is also responsible for all processes within our company. This helps us increase our efficiency and make our work more enjoyable! We sat down with Alex to discuss his first few months at Flexspecialisten his plans for 2023.

Process Management Manager

Because we’ve grown so quickly, tasks and responsibilities aren’t always clear. We’re going to tackle that first, so that improving and documenting processes goes more smoothly. With departmental goals and a change board, we’ll bring focus to our work and ensure we’re discussing the right issues. We want to clearly document our processes and ensure that they are easy for our (new) colleagues to consult.

Awareness

That said, it’s about so much more than just documentation. We want to get our people on board with a clear plan where everyone understands exactly what is expected of them. Once everything is clearly laid out for everyone, there will be a greater awareness of why we do what we do.

New approach

This new approach allows us to stay in touch with one another and acknowledges that not everything goes perfectly. We accept that mistakes can be made, because these are actually opportunities to learn and work together to figure out how we can do things better in the future. This enables us to continuously improve our processes and makes our work both more enjoyable and more efficient.

As people, we often tend to rush things and spend less time on the preliminary phase, which I believe is actually extremely important. Achieving high-quality results isn’t just about moving quickly. That’s why, at Flexspecialisten , we take Flexspecialisten time to ensure everyone is on board and to implement a high-quality plan.

Implementing this comprehensive plan will take about a year and will help us add even more value for our clients and enable you, as an employee, to make an even greater impact. This plan will also create more job opportunities for our temporary workers. Together, we’re creating new opportunities for our clients, our temporary workers, and ourselves!
