Job Description
Logistics employee / order picker / packer. You will work in a modern production facility where food products are packed and prepared for distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Packing and filling food products (e.g., candy, soups, beverages, and other food items)
- Operating packaging machines
- Checking product quality
- Performing basic logistics tasks such as scanning, moving, and stacking goods
- Keeping the workplace clean and organized
Requirements:
- Polish is sufficient (English is welcome but not required)
- Motivation and willingness to work
- Accuracy, commitment, and availability for long-term collaboration (minimum 6 months)
- Production experience is a plus
- Your own safety shoes
Working hours:
- Monday through Friday (occasionally Saturday)
- Two-shift system: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM and 4:30 PM–1:15 AM
- At first, you will work only day shifts
- Approximately 36–40 working hours per week
- 1-hour break per day (divided into 3 parts throughout the day)
Work environment and transportation:
- Clean production environment that meets food industry standards
- A hairnet is required
- The temperature in the facility is above 16°C (depending on the department)
- Parking available
Salary:
€15.08 gross per hour, paid weekly.
Overtime over 40 hours: 125%.
Saturday work: 150%.
