Job Description
Logistics Associate / Order Picker / Packer. You will work in a modern production environment where food products are packaged and prepared for distribution.
Scope of Work:
- Packaging and filling of food products (including candy, soups, beverages, and other food items)
- Operating packaging machines
- Checking the quality of products
- Performing simple logistics tasks such as scanning, moving, and stacking goods
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of Polish is sufficient (English is a plus, but not required)
- Motivation and willingness to work
- Accuracy and Commitment
- Willingness to commit to a long-term collaboration (at least 6 months)
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus
- Your own safety shoes
Working hours:
- Monday–Friday (sometimes Saturday as well)
- Two-shift schedule: 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.–1:15 a.m.
- At first, only day shifts
- An average of 36–40 hours per week
- 1 hour of break time per day (divided into 3 breaks)
Work Environment and Transportation:
- Clean production environment in accordance with food safety standards
- Wearing a hairnet is required
- Temperature in production: above 16°C (depending on the department)
- Parking available
Salary:
€15.08 gross per hour, paid weekly.
Overtime beyond 40 hours: 125%.
Work on Saturdays: 150%.
