We’re seeking a Labeling & Packaging Associate for our client who will ensure that products are neatly packaged and labeled with the correct label and code.
What are you going to do?
We will train you to become a Labeling Machine Operator.
- After your training period, you will operate the labeling machine and packaging equipment in accordance with the work instructions.
- You will supply materials (labels, boxes, trays), assist with simple changeovers, and keep the work area clean and safe (HACCP/5S).
- You will check labels and codes, identify discrepancies, and record basic data, working closely with the operator and team leader.
Working hours
You will work in two shifts, and this is a full-time position:
- Morning: 6:15 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Afternoon/evening: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM at the latest
If you work a two-shift schedule, you will receive a 115% shift differential for all hours worked.
We are looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in packaging/production is a plus.
- Accurate, procedure-oriented, and focused on hygiene and safety.
- Physically able to work while standing and keep going.
- Team player with basic computer skills; able to speak and read Dutch or English.
- Willing to work in shifts and pitch in when needed.
We offer
- Starting salary: €14.40 gross per hour.
- After 2–3 weeks, upon starting the training program: €14.64 per hour (approx. 10 weeks).
- After completion and once you are working independently: €16.51 per hour.
- For two-shift work (115%): €16.56 / €16.83 / €18.98 per hour.
