We are looking for a Labeling Line Operator for our client—someone who prioritizes quality and consistency and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
What are you going to do?
We will train you to become a Labeling Line Operator. You will set up the line, adjust it, and operate the labeling machines and conveyor belts. You will monitor the line parameters and intervene when necessary. In addition, you will perform quality checks (label, date/batch codes, metal detection, and, if applicable, gas/seal checks) and enter production data into systems such as Bizerba/Reflex.
You resolve first-line issues, consult with the team leader or technical supervisor in a timely manner when dealing with more complex issues, and coordinate with colleagues on the production line to ensure a smooth workflow.
Working hours
You will work in two shifts:
- Morning: 6:15 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Afternoon/evening: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM at the latest
This is a full-time position. For working a two-shift schedule, you will receive a 115% premium.
We are looking for
- High school-level education and an affinity for technology and/or packaging processes.
- Experience as a (production line) operator or with labeling machines is preferred; knowledge of Bizerba/Reflex is a plus.
- Precise, quality-conscious, and methodical in troubleshooting.
- A strong communicator and a team player who gives clear instructions to colleagues.
- Willing to work in shifts and available for flexible scheduling.
- Living in the Son area.
We offer
- Starting salary of €14.40 gross per hour.
- After 2–3 weeks, upon starting the training program: €14.64 per hour (approx. 10 weeks).
- After completion and once you are working independently: €16.51 per hour.
- With a shift premium of 115%: €16.56 – €18.98 per hour.
