Today, Adam Ostrowski is celebrating his 3-year anniversary atFlexspecialisten! It’s a great opportunity to reflect on his growth and dedication within our organization. 

Adam began his career atFlexspecialisten a temporary employee at a client site. Thanks to his proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility, he gradually worked his way up. He is now part of our Flexsupport team. In this role, he serves as a trusted point of contact for our Polish and Romanian employees and is primarily responsible for our client HEMA.  

In his role at Flexsupport, Adam interacts with employees, clients, and colleagues on a daily basis. No two days are the same, but it’s precisely that dynamic that suits him. Adam thinks in terms of solutions, stays calm under pressure, and always goes the extra mile. 

We are proud of Adam’s growth and grateful for his dedication and hard work over the past three years. Here’s to many more years of working together!
