Adrian Chudzik is the 2024 Flex Employee of the Year!

At Flexspecialisten , we Flexspecialisten an outstanding temporary employee in the spotlight every month. But once a year, we choose the very best of the best: the Temporary Employee of the Year!
In 2024, we made this extra special: not only did the account managers have a vote, but the flex workers themselves were also allowed to choose their favorite. From the twelve monthly winners, one name emerged as the clear winner: Adrian Chudzik! With his commitment, flexibility, and dedication, he is a well-deserved winner. In addition to the festive award ceremony on the HEMA work floor, Adrian will receive Flexspecialisten ,000 points for the Loyalty Program as a token of appreciation on behalf of Flexspecialisten .

Adrian began his journey at Flexspecialisten May 2019 and has been working at HEMA since July 2023. His colleagues hold him in high regard for his hard work, reliability, and versatility.

Why Adrian is such a valuable temporary employee

We spoke with Barry van Leuveren, Department Manager at HEMA, and Adrian, a temporary support staff member, about why they believe Adrian has definitely earned the title.

Barry, a department manager at HEMA, says:
“Adrian is always on time, has a strong work ethic, and is incredibly versatile. He’s skilled in various areas, such as operating EPT and reach trucks, and is an excellent order picker. His dedication and flexibility make him a valuable colleague.”

Adam, a Flexsupport employee at HEMA, adds:
“What really sets Adrian apart is his extra effort beyond his standard duties. He’s always willing to pitch in after hours, helps clean cars, and has participated twice in the Paris project with Riviera Maison. He’s currently also helping with the handover of homes in Maarssen. His 100% dedication makes him an indispensable asset to our team.”

Adrian himself looks back positively on his time at Flexspecialisten HEMA: “I consider my time at HEMA in Maarssen to have been successful and educational. The positive atmosphere, new skills, and extra opportunities—such as working in Paris and helping out with vehicles and locations—make my work even more diverse and rewarding. I’m grateful for this recognition and thank everyone I work with—especially Justyna and Adam for their support!”
