Flex Employee of the Month: Boris Tanase

This month, we’re putting Boris Tanase in the spotlight! Boris has been working at Padifood in Oss through Flexspecialisten for nearly three years now. What started as a position in production has grown into a role as assistant team leader. From Production Worker to Assistant Team Leader

When Boris started at Padifood nearly three years ago, he worked as a production worker and was involved in preparing meals. He has since been promoted to assistant team leader, a position in which he has more responsibility and a broader overview of the production process.

His workday begins with a tour of the factory floor. He greets his coworkers, asks how everyone is doing, and then checks to make sure the production lines are running smoothly. He also keeps a close eye on the quality of the food.

Sometimes that even involves tasting! Boris checks to make sure the dishes have the right flavor, are seasoned well enough, and that all the ingredients and sauces are included. It’s a responsibility he really enjoys. “What I like about my current role is that I have a good overview of how the entire company operates.”

A dedicated colleague who enjoys helping others

What does Boris like best about his job? Interacting with his coworkers. He enjoys working with people and thinks it’s important that everyone feels comfortable in the workplace.

Moreover, his commitment extends beyond his day-to-day work. Thanks to his extensive experience at Padifood, Boris knows exactly what the job entails. He enjoys sharing that knowledge with others.
