February's Flex Employee of the Month
Every month, we highlight a flex worker who goes above and beyond for the job and their colleagues. In February, that honor goes to Cristina Chereji! With her dedication and positive attitude, she makes a difference every day.
Cristina has been working at Flexspecialisten for several years Flexspecialisten currently serves as a job coach at Van Loon Noord. Van Loon Noord is a dynamic producer of fresh meat products, such as steak, ground beef, and sausages. At the Beilen location, more than 200 employees Beilen daily on the production of beef and ground meat products. Every day, she guides, motivates, and supports her colleagues on the shop floor. Thanks to her “can-do” attitude, there is a pleasant and friendly work atmosphere.
A day as a job coach
“A typical day for me starts with checking in with my team members and reviewing their progress,” says Cristina. “I love the variety: whether it’s helping someone with their work, offering suggestions for improvement, or just listening—every day is different, and that keeps me motivated.”
What Cristina values most about her work is seeing her colleagues grow. “It gives me a great sense of fulfillment to see someone develop and reach their potential. Knowing that I can contribute to that motivates me to do my best every day,” she says with a smile.
An extra step for the team
In December 2024, at the request of Flexspecialisten , Cristina Flexspecialisten took on a different role at our in-house location in Beilen. There, she worked alongside Damian and covered his duties during his absence. “Working with Damian was fantastic! The team in Beilen helpful, and we were able to accomplish a lot in a short time. It was great to gain experience and see day-to-day operations from a different perspective,” she reflects on this period.
Cristina’s flexibility and dedication have impressed the team. She adapted effortlessly and proved once again that they can count on her. “It means a lot to me to know that the team has confidence in me and my skills,” says Cristina. “That motivates me to give it my all and do my best every day.”

In addition to her work, Cristina is enthusiastic about her life in the Netherlands. “The people here are welcoming, and I feel completely at home. The culture, the delicious food, and the way of life really suit me,” she says.
Cristina has ambitious plans for the future. “I’m always looking for ways to improve myself and take on new challenges. I want to further develop my leadership skills and continue to increase the positive impact I have as a job coach,” she shares enthusiastically.
With her dedication, passion, and versatility, Cristina has proven that she more than deserves the title of “Flex Employee of the Month.” Her commitment makes her a valued colleague and an essential part of our team.
