This month, that honor goes to Greta Kazlauskaite, who works at Bleckmann in the B2B Special Projects department. Since May 2025, Greta has demonstrated what it means to be reliable, driven, and consistent. And that is exactly why she more than deserves this title.

Always quality, always focus

Greta works as an order picker and packer every day. She gathers orders and prepares them for shipment to customers. This work requires speed, accuracy, and responsibility—and that’s exactly what Greta excels at.

What makes her special is her approach to work.

“I pay close attention to what I do and how I work with people. I try to understand situations and resolve them on my own.”

She works with focus, thinks ahead, and stays calm, even when things get busy. As a result, she not only gets the job done quickly, but also delivers high-quality work, even as tasks become more complex.

She is extremely meticulous when picking and packing orders, which is of great importance to Bleckmann’s customers.

Continuing to grow

Greta wants to move forward. She continues to develop her skills and seizes opportunities as they arise. For example, she recently earned her OPT certification and had already obtained her forklift certification. In addition, she is constantly improving her skills on the job, such as in problem-solving and supporting her colleagues.

Her communication skills continue to improve as well.

Living and working in the Netherlands

Greta currently lives in a place where she feels comfortable. The atmosphere is good, and the people around her are friendly. She finds working in the Netherlands to be accessible and straightforward. Of course, there have been challenges, such as getting used to the culture and the food. Still, the positive aspects outweigh the negative. She has now built up a large social network here and feels at home.

For Greta, the future isn’t about a rigidly laid-out plan, but about spotting opportunities and continuing to grow. She’s open to new challenges and tackles them in her own way.
