Flex Worker of the Month for July 2025

Mehmet Celen has been working Flexspecialisten Jumbo in Raalte through Flexspecialisten since 2020. He has since advanced to Phase C with a permanent contract. A great achievement we’re proud of. Mehmet holds no fewer than three different positions: order picker, truck loader, and reach truck driver. His flexibility and dedication serve as an example to others. He’s always there for everyone, is reliable, and gives 110%. You can see that reflected in the quality of his work. 

Our client is therefore very satisfied with him and appreciates his open communication and honesty. Mehmet regularly works night shifts as a forklift operator or works in the afternoon as an order picker or on the reach truck. It is precisely this variety and flexibility that make the work enjoyable for him. 

Our partnership with Mehmet has been going strong for years. We help each other out whenever we can. He currently lives in a private residence and plans to buy a home here in the future. This is a great example of how working through Flexspecialisten help build a stable future.
