Edvinas is from Lithuania, and thanks to his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and personal growth in his role, he has become a valuable asset to both his colleagues and Flexspecialisten.
Every workday with full dedication
For Edvinas, every workday begins with thorough preparation. First, he reviews the tasks on the schedule, and then he gets to work alongside his colleagues at WE Fashion to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
He enjoys staying active, performing his duties with care, and supporting his colleagues whenever needed. It’s precisely that combination of taking responsibility and working together that makes his job so enjoyable: “I like to stay busy, do my job as well as I can, and help the team wherever I can.”
Another thing that motivates him is the opportunity for continuous self-improvement. He believes it’s important to learn new skills and has noticed that he’s gaining more and more experience in his work.
“I enjoy learning new things and seeing how I’m getting better and better at my job. That motivates me.”
According to Edvinas, every job comes with its own set of challenges. For him, it’s mainly about staying focused, working efficiently, and communicating effectively with the people around him.
Trust as the greatest compliment
A special moment in his career was when he was given more responsibilities in his job. For Edvinas, that meant much more than just an expansion of his job duties. It felt like confirmation that his manager and colleagues trust his dedication and appreciate what he demonstrates every day.
“That gave me more self-confidence. When people have confidence in your work, it motivates you to keep doing your best every day.”
That extra responsibility has helped him grow further and enjoy his work even more.

At home in the Netherlands
He really enjoys his life in the Netherlands. He particularly appreciates the structure, the organization, and the fact that people keep their commitments. Although he had to get used to the Dutch weather and a few cultural differences at first, the Netherlands now feels more and more like home. He currently lives in Wijk aan Zee. The peaceful surroundings help him unwind after a busy workday. He says, “It’s quiet and relaxing here. After a day at work, it’s nice to come home. And of course, having the beach so close by is a big plus.”
Continuing to Grow
Edvinas certainly has plans for the future, but for now he’s focusing mainly on continuing to develop himself. He wants to gain new experiences, keep learning, and discover, step by step, what opportunities come his way.
