March's Flex Employee of the Month: Renata Karczewska

This month, we’re once again spotlighting a special colleague:Renata Karczewska, our March Flex Employee of the Month! And she truly deserves this title, as Renata has been a familiar face at Flexspecialisten since 2009 Flexspecialisten has been happily working with us for 16 years now. That’s an achievement to be proud of! 

Her work at Unilux

Renata works at Unilux as a production worker making insect screens, and she does so with a smile. Literally, because anyone who knows Renata knows that she’s always cheerful and brings a positive attitude to the workplace. She makes about 75 to 80 door inserts a day and finds her work easy, enjoyable, and—perhaps most importantly—she does it with pleasure.

“I come to work purely for the enjoyment of it, because the atmosphere is just really great. The work isn’t hard, there’s no pressure on me, and that’s what makes it so nice,”Renata says. 

Renata is a true pillar of stability within our team. When the peak season at Unilux is in full swing, she’s always ready to put in extra hours. In all these years, she has never let us down and is simply a loyal and highly valued employee. 

Her collaboration with her contacts, Konrad and Bregt, is also going smoothly: 

“We have a great relationship. I don’t usually have any questions, but whenever I need something, they’re always there to help.” 

Renata is a familiar face not only at Unilux, but also within Flexspecialisten . Did you know that she also served as the caretaker at Hotel Oss in 2016 and 2018? And during those years, she was even named Employee of the Year!

Looking ahead… 

Renata is happy with how things are going. She lives in a nice private home, feels at home in the Netherlands, and enjoys working at Flexspecialisten. 

“My plan for the future is to keep things as they are. I’m very happy right now, and I don’t really need anything else.”
