Flex Employee of the Month for October: Iuliana Bacoi
At Flexspecialisten all about people—about commitment, teamwork, and dedication. And that’s exactly why Iuliana Bacoi has been named Flex Employee of the Month for October. She has been working at Bleckmann Amsterdam since 2022, where she demonstrates the true meaning of reliability and responsibility every single day.
Reliable, dedicated, and always ready to help
Iuliana knows her job inside and out. She makes sure everything runs smoothly on the shop floor: from receiving goods to carefully packing orders. Her workspace is always tidy, and her attitude is always positive. And that doesn’t go unnoticed.
According to Fred Linskey, Manager at Bleckmann Amsterdam, she is a role model for many:
“Iuliana is reliable, always punctual, and rarely calls in sick. She’s a quick learner, meets her targets, and helps others whenever she can. She keeps the atmosphere positive, even on the busiest days. Her workstation is always clean and tidy. In short: a colleague who sets an example for many.”
Caretaker in Wijk aan Zee
In addition to her role at Bleckmann, Iuliana is also a Housemaster in Wijk aan Zee. There, she ensures that the Flexspecialisten and cars remain neat and organized. She conducts inspections, helps with questions, and makes sure everyone feels at home. “I enjoy making sure everything is in order,” she says. “I love structure, tidiness, and the idea that my work can make a difference for others.”
A future full of growth and positivity
“I want to keep learning and growing,” she says enthusiastically. “I want a stable job where I can take on responsibility and be someone my team and supervisors can always count on.”
After a period of adjustment, Iuliana now feels completely at home in the Netherlands. “It’s a peaceful, clean, and well-organized country. Here, I’ve learned to work in a structured way and to grow together as a team.”
With her energy, sense of responsibility, and positive attitude, Iuliana is an inspiration to her colleagues and to us as a team.
