Florin Mihalache began his career at Flexspecialisten as a driver for flex workers’ commutes. What started as a stable job with the opportunity to gain experience grew into much more. Looking for a new challenge

After four years as a driver, Florin felt he was ready for a new challenge. He wanted to further develop his skills and take on more responsibility within the organization. When the Flexsupport position became available, he saw it as a great opportunity. The role was a good fit for his experience within the organization and, at the same time, offered enough new challenges to help him continue to grow.

After successfully completing the application process, Florin made the transition from driver to Flexsupport. This move gave him the opportunity to combine his practical knowledge with a new way of providing support.

In his current role, Florin provides daily support to both temporary staff and customers at Jumbo Raalte, Boni Supermarkets, and Bleckmann Twente. He answers questions, helps resolve operational challenges, assists with scheduling, and ensures that daily processes continue to run smoothly.

It is precisely that variety that appeals to him. No two days are exactly the same. That requires flexibility, the ability to adapt quickly, and the ability to find solutions when unexpected situations arise.
