Emile Brunst works as an Assistant Department Manager at Ambachtelijke Slager Van der Zee in Breda. Prior to this, he worked as a Head Chef. At HANOS-ISPC Breda, Emile has been working in the butchery department for about two and a half years now, following a successful career change!
