At Flexspecialisten , we Flexspecialisten a variety of hands-on internships each year at our headquarters in Oss. We also regularly host students who are conducting their thesis research with us. In this blog post, intern Fenna talks about her research, graduation, and her internship at Flexspecialisten.

My name is Fenna, I'm 24 years old, and I live in Ravenstein. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, doing creative projects, or hanging out with friends.

How did you Flexspecialisten up at Flexspecialisten ?
I grew up in the Oss area Oss have always played field hockey at MHC Oss, where Flexspecialisten is Flexspecialisten of the main sponsors. Because of this, I was familiar with the name Flexspecialisten from an early age. I also often heard stories from people in my network who had done internships at Flexspecialisten. The experience of mentoring interns really appealed to me.

What program are you studying, and what year are you in?
I'm studying Communication at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Tilburg, and I'm currently in my final year.

What is the topic of your thesis research?
My thesis research focuses on target audience research and psychographic segmentation to understand the needs of different target audiences. This design-oriented research aims to provide practical solutions for Flexspecialisten, enabling them to better align their marketing and communication strategies with the specific wishes and needs of their target audiences.

What kind of support do you receive at Flexspecialisten?
I receiveplenty of support, and my colleagues are always willing to help me gather information for my research. This gives me the support I need to successfully complete my research.

Which department are you interning in?
I’m interning inthe marketing department at Flexspecialisten. I’m given the opportunity and freedom to contribute my thoughts and share my ideas. This open and supportive environment not only helps me perform my tasks well, but also helps me grow and learn during my internship.

In what areas would you like to develop during this internship?
During my internshipat Flexspecialisten , I Flexspecialisten actively contribute ideas and listen in order to get a good sense of what it’s like to work at this company and what tasks are involved.

Would you Flexspecialisten to other students?
Yes, Flexspecialisten extensive experience with interns and therefore provides the necessary guidance. This ensures that you, as a student, receive the support you need.

INTERNSHIP AT FLEXSPECIALISTEN

Flexspecialisten new opportunities for 30 years! Over the years, we have grown into a leading staffing agency with nationwide coverage. Flexspecialisten in providing flexible staffing solutions in the sectors E-commerce, Food, Logistics, Non-food, and Retail. We take the pressure off both our clients and flex workers with our full-service approach. We do this in collaboration with our recruitment partner Work Force in Poland and Romania. Our Dutch headquarters is located just a few minutes’ walk from the central station in Oss is therefore easily accessible by public transportation.

INTERNSHIP STIPEND

During the internship period, we offer an internship stipend based on your level of education. For vocational students, this is €300 gross per month, and for college students, €450 gross per month. These stipends are calculated based on a 40-hour workweek; for part-time internships, the stipend is adjusted proportionally.
