What are you going to do?
As a production worker, you’ll help package various types of meat on the assembly line for stores and restaurants. Between loading and packaging, you’ll make sure the crates are placed in the right spot.
- Continuously loading and packaging various types of meat on a conveyor belt
- Delivering full crates of meat to the right place
- Set out empty crates to be filled
Where will you be working?
Van Loon Vlees Noord, located at Beilen , is the central meat-processing facility for a large supermarket chain. Meat is packaged here for stores and restaurants. You’ll work in a refrigerated environment at approximately 7 °C. You’ll receive a cold-weather allowance for this. You’ll work alongside an international team.
Working Hours
- You'll work 8 to 32 hours per week, spread over one to four days
- We'll schedule you based on your availability
- Morning shift: starts between 6:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.
- Afternoon shift: starts at 2:15 p.m. and lasts until 10:00 p.m. or 11:00 p.m.
- You are available on Saturdays

What do we offer?
- Hourly wage under the collective bargaining agreement: €14.99 gross
- Evening premium for the afternoon shift: 130% between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (€19.49 per hour) and 150% after 10:00 p.m. (€22.49 per hour)
- Cold-weather allowance of €2.16 gross per day
- Travel expense reimbursement under the Butchers' Collective Bargaining Agreement: After the first 10 kilometers on the way there and the first 10 kilometers on the way back, you will receive €0.23 per kilometer
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
