Job Description
Retail Order Picker. You’ll work at HEMA’s distribution center or in its e-commerce department. Various positions are available in order picking, receiving, packing, and unloading containers.
Scope of Work:
- DPS – Dynamic Picking System: picking orders in a designated area using light signals and instructions from the computer system
- Repack (Onpack): Preparing crates containing the same products, with the system automatically counting the quantities
- Hall 1: Picking orders using a headset with voice instructions in Polish, English, or Dutch
- EDC Order Picking: Collecting orders in a shopping cart and forwarding them for further processing
- EDC Goods Receiving (AG): Receiving deliveries and preparing them for further distribution
- EDC Packaging: preparing orders for shipment to retail customers, including larger or non-standard items such as Christmas trees and vacuum cleaners
- EDC AG – Container Unloading: Unloading containers and placing heavy boxes on pallets
- Remove boxes from the conveyor belt and stack them on pallets
- Working with containers and placing boxes on the conveyor belt
- Ensure that goods are stacked correctly and safely
Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- Willingness to perform physical work
- Working with precision and dedication
Work Environment and Transportation:
- Working in the distribution center (DC) or the e-commerce distribution center (EDC)
- International work environment
- Ability to communicate in Polish in the workplace

Salary:
€14.99 gross per hour, paid weekly.
