Your Role at Flexspecialisten
As a Flex Support employee at Flexspecialisten, you are the key link between our organization and our Flexworkers. You are responsible for everything related to their stay and work — from housing and transport to wellbeing and guidance. You perform house and vehicle inspections, coordinate relocations, manage caretakers and drivers, and regularly visit our workers at both work and residential locations.
You also offer personal support: you answer questions, hold conversations, identify problems, and help find appropriate solutions. Thanks to your efforts, our Flexworkers feel welcome and supported. Together with your colleagues and the Account Manager, you ensure everything runs smoothly — for the benefit of both the workers and our clients.
Work Environment
You’ll be working from your region, often on-site with our Flexworkers or clients. No day is the same. You’ll join a dynamic environment with a lot of personal responsibility. You’ll frequently coordinate with colleagues from Planning, Account Management, as well as with drivers and house coördinators.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in the staffing, logistics, and/or food industry (preferred);
- Good command of the English language. If you also speak Polish or Romanian, that’s a plus;
- Strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and persuasiveness;
- A solution-oriented approach with attention to the wellbeing of the Flexworker;
- A category B driver’s license;
- Independence, flexibility, and the ability to stay organized in busy situations. You are practical and take responsibility when needed.
