🏢 Location – Raalte
As an order picker, you will pick grocery orders in the distribution center using the VoicePick system. You will operate an electric cart that can carry up to four bins of products.
📦 Tasks
- Order picking using an English voice-controlled system
- Driving an electric order-picking cart
- Working in cold conditions (as low as -24°F)
📚 Training
During your first week, you will receive comprehensive training. A trainer will show you around the warehouse for the first 3 days and teach you how to use the equipment. Then a job coach will help you learn efficient picking techniques.
💶 Salary
- €14.93 gross per hour
- 8% bonus for working in cold climates
🛠 Requirements
- English language proficiency (at least B1 level)
- Physically fit and able to work in cold temperatures
