Experiences with the "Snijvaardig Slager" Training Program

Former Head Chef Emile completed the program and made the career switch to become a butcher. Emile: “I discovered the Van der Zee job opening at Flexspecialisten. When I saw they were looking for someone for Van der Zee Breda, I applied right away. Thanks to my experience as a chef, I naturally already had some basic knowledge of meat. However, during the training program, I quickly realized that my knowledge was limited. So I found the training very valuable and interesting!”
