You’ll not only develop butchery skills but also learn everything about customer service and sales.
Experiences with the "Skilled Butcher" Training Program
Former Head Chef Emile completed the program and made the career switch to become a butcher. Emile: “I discovered the Van der Zee job opening at Flexspecialisten. When I saw they were looking for someone for Van der Zee Breda, I applied right away. Thanks to my experience as a chef, I already had some basic knowledge of meat, of course. However, during the training program, I quickly realized that my knowledge was limited. So I found the training to be very valuable and interesting!”
